We provide re-plating and repair services at a minimum charge to promote reuse of jewelry.
We also provide exchange service within 3 working days of purchase.
To re-plate or exchange your item/s, please direct message us in Instagram @therapy.np and follow the procedure as directed by our sales representative.
Please note that we do not provide a refund on your purchase unless damaged. So, please choose carefully.
